Tofutti Fettuccine Alfredo

Here’s a recipe perfect for our Tofutti Better Than Ricotta Cheese!

Tofutti Fettuccine Alfredo2 cups uncooked pasta
8 oz. or 1 cup Tofutti Better Than Ricotta Cheese
8 oz. Tofutti Better Than Cream Cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 cup hot water

Cook and drain pasta. Then blend all ingredients on the stove top on a medium flame for five minutes or until melted.

Serves 4.
