Chili Bread Bowl
Ingredients:
1 end of a French bread loaf
1/4 cup Tofutti Better Than Cream Cheese Smoked
1 cup chili
1/4 cup dairy-free cheese shreds
1/4 cup Tofutti Better Than Sour Cream
1/8 cup onion
cilantro
half jalapeno diced or thinly sliced
1/4 avocado
sprinkle of cayenne pepper
Directions:
Hollow out bread end and spread Tofutti Better Than Cream Cheese Smoked inside. Fill with your favorite vegan chili. Top with Tofutti Better Than Sour Cream and dairy-free shreds.
Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Top with onion, cilantro, jalapeno, avocado, and cayenne pepper!
