Cheesy Vegan Sausage Omelet
Ingredients:
1/2 cup JUST Egg
1/2 tablespoon plant based butter
2 vegan sausage patties
1 slice Tofutti American Cheese Slices
1/2 tablespoon natural maple syrup
1/4 tablespoon sriracha sauce
Directions:
Melt butter in sauté pan on medium high heat. Once butter is melted and pan is hot, add vegan egg. Cook for 2 minutes, then flip. Add Tofutti American Cheese Slices. Dice sausage and add on top of cheese.
Once egg is fully cooked on the bottom, fold in half, covering the cheese and sausage. Remove from heat and place on plate. Drizzle with maple syrup and sriracha. Add salt and pepper if desired. pepper!
